Diesel continuously feeds into the water separator through the feed-tube. The BAPL made water separator chamber separates water from diesel, with the separated water getting stored at the bottom.
Afterwards, the diesel travels vertically through the bowl. As a result of water particles being heavier than diesel, the particles separate and move to the water separator-bowl's perimeter, where they collect at the bottom. The clarified diesel then exits through the bowl's outer pipe/line.
When the water separator reaches it's optimum capacity, the water drain valve gets opened automatically. The machine has an inbuilt water sensor connected to the control panel that aids in this process.
