The Company Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1994. The company is based at Narhe Industrial Area located off Mumbai-Bangalore by-pass highway in Pune, Maharashtra, INDIA. Product History Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd. designed the first centrifuge way back in 1987. It was when the founder of the company, Mr. Suresh Chitale, engineered the first centrifuge model for Kirloskar MANN engine. In the next three years, the company came up with two other models, suitably designed for application in Ruston & Hornsby MWM engines and in TATRA engines. Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd. then came into being in 1994. After business establishment, the company invested on its own R&D centre and has till date designed 10 other models of centrifuge suitable for a range of engines. Today, the company maintains a large product portfolio encompassing 13 different models in different technical configurations to be used in various types of diesel engines. Manufacturing and Research Facilities The company has in place advanced CNC/VMC machining technology for designing various centrifuge components. Hi-tech machines such as, cylindrical grinder, radial drilling machines, Capstan lathes etc., are used in various product development processes. Over the past twenty years, operating persons from our company have acquired significant know-how about production support aids, such as, jigs, fixtures and tooling. Today, development of production support aids is executed at our own facility under strict vigilance of our seasoned technicians. Captive Deep Draw Press Shop We also manage our own press shop facility. It is duly installed with a 140 tones deep draw press and requisite machinery required for designing suitable components for manufacturing centrifuges. Captive Foundry The company established a robust Aluminum die casting foundry in August, 2005. Utilizing this facility, the company easily designs all Aluminum gravity die castings for its captive requirement. The Pouring Capacity of this unit was 3 tons per month, which has been increased to 10 tons per month this year. Quality Standards The company also manages sophisticated testing facilities well equipped with test equipments, such as, Magnetic Crack Detection, Hardness Tester, Slip Gauges, and modern Digital Measuring instruments. The company has developed testing rigs for centrifuges, which aids in measuring the performance of each centrifuge designed. The company also has excellent tie-ups with approved laboratories where it conducts validated tests like material testing & oil testing. To ensure flawlessness of designed products, incoming materials are evaluated for quality, individually as well as lot-wise. All the key inputs that go into the centrifuge assembly are designed 100% in-house, which ensures optimum quality of the products rolling out of the manufacturing unit of the company. The quality systems adopted by the company complies with ISO 9000 and the company enjoys the coveted ISO 9001:2008 QMS certification, awarded by ABS QE, Houston, USA.
